How to make claims at PaySika

| Small reminder on what to do when you encounter a payment problem with PaySika

|| PaySika account recharge problem It can happen that when you recharge your PaySika account, your mobile money account is debited but your PaySika account is not credited. Don't panic… Either it's just a connection problem and it takes maximum 24h for the money to appear automatically in your PaySika account. Or it's really a communication problem between our partner's mobile money platform and the PaySika system. In this case, it is imperative that a PaySika agent initiates the claim with our mobile money partner. This can take up to 36 hours.

What you need to provide to PaySika:

The amount of the transaction,
A screenshot that proves that you have been debited on your mobile money,
A screenshot of your history showing the claimed transaction,
Your phone number attached to PaySika
And the phone number used to make the recharge transaction, if different from your PaySika number,
The date you made the transaction.

How to verify your PaySika at account ?

As required by local regulations, all PaySika users must fill in their identity before taking full advantage of all the company's services. To do so, you must :

Upload your ID after filling in your personal information,
Take a selfie directly in the application.

Step 1: After preparing your ID, choose the type of ID you wish to use to verify and validate your identity as shown in the screenshots below:

Step 2: Upload the photo of your chosen ID. In our example above, we have chosen the National Identity Card (CNI). Since it has two sides (front and back), step 2 is to upload the front side as shown in the figure below.

Before taking the picture you should make sure that :

That it is on a flat background (the user puts down on a flat surface)
That you are filming your ID in a sufficiently lit area
If you find that it is not visible enough, you can start again
That your card is sufficiently visible in the box on the mobile app when you take the picture.
Do not hold your ID on your hand and film

|| Why put an access key ?

For over a year, we have been working together to build the banking application of your dreams. But before we release it to everyone, we want to make sure that the services are optimal enough and actually meet the expectations we set together to give you a better experience. We give access to a number of people, who for several days will use the application and give us feedback. Each code has a defined number of uses and expires when this number is reached.

You will just have to put the access code which will be sent to you by e-mail. As this is your first connection, you **will be asked to create a PIN code **.

It will take between 2 and 4 weeks for the pre-launch in a new country. It all depends on the feedback from users. As we said above, we want to make sure that the application works very well before we release it to the general public.
