Why can't I verify my identity?

If your account is still unverified. We can assure you that this is not an error.
- Your identity document has expired
- You have provided a valid receipt but your birth certificate is missing.
- You have provided an identity document that is no longer one of the documents required by the regulator: driving licence, school card, foreign passport and national identity card, etc.
- You have not provided your NIU (Unique Identification Number) supplied by the tax authorities.
- You have taken a selfie that does not comply with the regulations.
- You have not provided all the information requested.
To be sure that you are not in one of these cases, please contact customer service immediately via the chat application.
You should know that these elements are important for you to regain your old status.
As a reminder, valid identity documents are :
- Valid Cameroonian identity card
- Cameroonian receipt + birth certificate
- Valid Cameroon passport
- Cameroon residence permit
