How can I make a deposit into my PaySika account by bank transfer ?

Hello Dear PaySika Users!
Want to recharge your PaySika account via bank transfer but unsure how? Don’t worry! Follow these simple steps to complete your transaction smoothly.

Step 1: Visit an Authorized Bank Branch or Use Your Bank’s App

1. Go to a partner bank branch or use your bank’s mobile app.
2. Fill out the bank transfer form with your details.

Step 2: Open the PaySika App

1. Launch the PaySika app.
2. Click "PaySika Deposit" → "Bank" → "Transfer".

Step 3: Add a Bank Account

1. Add a new bank account if you haven’t linked one yet.
2. Verify the account details and click "Validate".

Step 4: Enter the Transaction Amount

1. Input the amount you wish to deposit.
2. Click "Next" to proceed.

Step 5: Complete the Bank Transfer

1. On the next screen, you’ll see the details to finalize the transfer. Copy or enter these into your bank’s transfer form:

• Reference/Reason
• Bank Name
• Account Number
• Account Holder Name
• Full IBAN
• SWIFT/BIC Code

2. After completing the transfer at your bank, return to the PaySika app and click "I’ve Made the Transfer".

Step 6: Confirm the Transaction**

1. Click "Confirm" to finalize.
2. You’ll receive a notification once the deposit is confirmed.

• Processing time: Up to 24 hours.
