Why am I unable to verify my identity?

This is likely due to one of the following reasons:

Your ID document has expired.

You provided a valid receipt (e.g., temporary ID) but omitted your birth certificate.

Your submitted ID is no longer accepted by regulators:
Driver’s license, school ID, foreign passport, foreign national ID, etc.

You did not provide your NIU (Unique Identification Number issued by the tax platform).

Your selfie does not meet compliance standards.

Incomplete information was submitted.

To confirm whether any of these apply, please contact our customer support team immediately via the in-app chat.

Regulatory requirements obligate us to keep your information up to date.

Reminder: Accepted valid ID documents include:

Valid Cameroonian National ID (CNI)

Cameroonian receipt (temporary ID) + birth certificate

Valid Cameroonian passport

Valid Cameroonian residence permit
