Types of restrictions of a paysika account

If you exceed your charging limit without a valid reason, suspect fraud, use the card in an unauthorised area, etc.you may have your PaySika account restricted or worse, your card deleted. Pay attention to each case listed below, and don't hesitate to contact our support if needed.

"MOMO_DEPOSIT" : When you have exceeded the deposit limit

2.** "P2P_TRANSFER"**: When your account is not yet "verified", there is a limit of transactions that must not be crossed. To avoid any inconvenience, the ideal would be to reassure yourself that you have a "Verified" PaySika account.

"MOMO_WITHDRAWAL": In this case, the card user is suspected of financial fraud. To counter the threat, the account will be restricted and the "Withdrawal" service will be non-operational for a while. If you don't recognize these actions at all, all you need to do is send PaySika support proof that all your transactions are legal and justified.

The case of USD cards

"**USD_CARD_CREATE"**: If you reach your limit of USD cards allowed per week, month, or year, your account runs the risk of being restricted.

"USD_CARD_INFOS": Avoid making transactions knowing that your PaySika account is still under audit. If you violate this rule, your account will be restricted and you will no longer have access to your USD card information.

"USD_CARD_DELETE": At PaySika, there is also a limit of restrictions allowed. When you cross it, you will incur the deletion of your USD card.

"USD_CARD_DEPOSIT": This restriction occurs in cases of double receipt of funds. If we find this, we will be forced to restrict your account and temporarily suspend the "Deposit" service on your USD card in order to limit the damage.

"USD_CARD_WITHDRAWAL": If the problem of double receipt of funds after a transaction persists, you will no longer be able or entitled to make withdrawals to your USD card until further notice,

The case of XAF cards

"**XAF_CARD_CREATE":** If you reach your limit of XAF cards per week, month, or year, your account may be restricted.

"XAF_CARD_INFOS": Avoid making transactions knowing that your PaySika account is still under audit. If you violate this rule, your account will be restricted and you will no longer have access to your XAF card information.

"**XAF_CARD_DELETE"**: If, within a relatively short period of time, you happen to delete and recreate cards after a certain number of transactions, our partner, for security reasons, may stop this process and initiate the restriction of your account.

"XAF_CARD_DEPOSIT": If you try to deposit funds into your XAF Card knowing that your account is under audit, your account will be restricted and the "Deposit" service will be temporarily unavailable.

"XAF_CARD_WITHDRAWAL": If you attempt to deposit funds into your XAF Card knowing that your account is under audit, your account will be restricted and the "Withdrawal" service will be temporarily unavailable.

"LOGIN": After auditing, it may turn out that you are not authorized to use the application due to the applicable rules. For more details regarding these rules, contact us via our social media.
