What documents are valid for KYC?

During a KYC, to verify your identity and as required by the regulations, we ask you for official and valid documents.

With the new system you have a completely liberal process where you can start your verification wherever you want.

As documents to provide you have :

The NIU (Unique Identification Number provided by the tax authorities).

You should know that when you ask for your NIU to be generated by PaySika, you will be debited a sum of 1000 FCFA. You will have to make sure that you have provided all the information requested during the verification process.

Document id such as CNI (Carte nationale d'identité) , Récépissé, Passport, and Permis de résidence.

You must ensure that they are valid for between 3 and 5 months. Of course, during the check, you will have to choose a document and film it.

Water and electricity bills : in the Address section, you will have two options for entering your address.

In one of the options, we will ask you for these bills (they must be 1 or 2 months old).


And for the other steps it will just be personal data that you will have to provide as in the personal details section, selfie...
