PaySika V3.0: do I have to start my KYC again?

With the new updates to the PaySika application, it's clear that many of you have questions.
Because we strive to be as close as possible to you, we are trying to perfect the application by taking your concerns and suggestions into account.

Please note that if you are sometimes asked to restart your check at 0 after the update, this means that you have not provided important data such as the NIU or that your identity document has expired.

In this case, you will need to provide the necessary documentation in the application (during verification), as the regulations in place are increasingly stringent.

If you are still unable to obtain an NIU yourself, we can help you to do so.

If you have completed the entire verification process but are still unable to obtain a verified status, don't panic! Contact us via the application chat and we'll get things sorted out relatively quickly.
