How do I verify if I am a foreigner living in a country where PaySika is operational?

you are in a country where PaySika is operational but you are a foreigner in this same country ?
You have heard about PaySika which is a platform that provides you with XAF bankcards and you would also like to have one for yourself.
If you are not a citizen in one of the countries where PaySika is operational, you have to respect some conditions to have a PaySika account and have a verified status.
You must first create an account with an operational number of the country where you live.
As with having an XAF card with PaySika, you need to verify your identity through KYC.
To do this successfully, you need to make sure you have valid and authorised documents for the KYC process.
You must verify that you have a residence permit.
Have a fixed address (so that you can be geolocated or provide a water or electricity bill)
Have a NIU (Unique Identification Number provided by the tax authorities).
