How do I request PaySika to generate my NIU?
Hello dear users,
We have listened to your frustrations about the difficulty of obtaining a NIU (Unique Identification Number).
With the new version, we're pleased to announce that you can now ask PaySika to generate your NIU for you, if you don't already have one.
However, the sum of 2,500 FCFA will be debited from your account automatically.
1000 FCFA is the cost of creating paysika
1,500 FCFA stamp fee (for the government)
Once you have provided all the information required to verify your identity, your NIU and certificate will be created and added to your account. We will then send you an email to confirm that your NIU has been successfully created and a capture with your NIU ant Pass word . You can use the NIU and password shown on the capture to log on to the tax site.
After submitting your verificationaction, you will have to wait 24 or 48 hours to find out whether you have been verified or not.
If you do not hear back within this time, please contact us via the application chat.
How do I request PaySika to generate my NIU?
When you click on the NIU section during your KYC process. In the NIU page, we have two options:
the one where you can download your NIU directly
For the second option, you just have to click on the button "NIU creation request" and a jar will appear to give you the instructions Your request will be processed when you have filled in and sent all the requested information.
You can now update your application and take full advantage of your XAF PaySika bank card to manage your transactions.
