How to Successfully Upload Your ID Document for KYC Verification ?

Here, you’ll discover the simple steps to successfully upload your ID document for PaySika’s KYC verification.

Step 1: Choose the type of ID document you want to use

Start by selecting the ID type you want to use for verification.
Make sure it’s valid and up to date.
Accepted documents include:

A valid Cameroonian National ID (CNI)

Cameroonian receipt + birth certificate

A valid Cameroonian passport

A valid Cameroonian residence permit

Step 2: Record and upload the front side of your selected ID

Depending on your ID type, here’s what to do:

For passports: Record only the page showing all your personal information.

For a valid National ID (CNI): Record both the front and back sides if the expiry date is on the back.

For a receipt: Record the full front side clearly. Record both sides if the expiry date is on the back.

Ensure the video/photo is clear and not blurry.

All text must be readable.

The entire ID must be fully visible in the frame, without any corners cut off.
