How to request the generation of your NIU by PaySika?

We have taken your requests into account regarding the difficulty of obtaining a NIU (Unique Identification Number) 😊. We are happy to announce that you now have the possibility to ask PaySika to generate your NIU for you if you don’t already have one. So, how does it work?

On the home page, click on “Start verification now” under the “NIU” section. Three options will then be displayed:

1. Request PaySika to create your NIU certificate.
2. Upload your NIU certificate directly.
3. Record (scan) your NIU certificate.

By choosing the first option: Click on “Click here if you don’t have taxpayer documents (NIU).” A new page will open where you must click “Yes, I want PaySika to create a taxpayer number for me.” A pop-up will then display the creation fees, which include:

• • 1,500 XAF – PaySika creation fees
  • 1,500 XAF – Stamp duty fees (for the government)

• By clicking “Accept,” you will be asked to select or add a deposit number.
• After that, simply enter your Orange Money or MTN Mobile Money account code, and the amount will be debited directly.

Your NIU and certificate will then be created and added to your account. We will also send you an email confirming that your NIU has been successfully created, including a screenshot showing your NIU and the password. You can use the NIU and password to log in via email.
