How to request the generation of your NIU by PaySika?

Hello dear users,

We’ve taken your feedback into account regarding the difficulties in obtaining a NIU (Unique Identification Number).

We’re happy to inform you that you can now request PaySika to generate your NIU on your behalf, if you don’t already have one.

How to request PaySika to generate your NIU?

During the verification process, when you reach the "NIU" section, two options will appear:

Upload your NIU certificate directly, if you already have it.

Request PaySika to create your NIU for you.

To choose the second option, simply click the "Request NIU creation" button. A pop-up will appear with instructions to follow. Your request will be processed once you have filled out and submitted all the required information.

How much does it cost?

The total cost is 3,000 FCFA, broken down as follows:

1,500 FCFA for PaySika’s processing and handling.

1,500 FCFA for official stamp duty (for the government).

The amount will be automatically debited from your PaySika wallet.

Once your request is validated:

Your NIU and certificate will be created and added to your PaySika account.

You will receive a confirmation email with:

A screenshot of your certificate,

Your NIU and password, which you can use to log in via email to the official platform.
