How to replace a paysika virtual bank card?

No longer using a PaySika card? You can easily replace it directly from the app. Yes, with PaySika, you always stay in control. In just a few seconds, you can replace your card with a new one. Here’s how:

Step1: On your home page, click on the “Card” tab. You will be redirected to the card management page.

Step2: Under the “Card” section, you will see the “Replace card” option just below.

Process

Step 3: A pop-up will appear asking you to choose between a virtual card or a physical card. Simply click on “Virtual card”.
Step 4: You will see a page summarizing the card replacement details. Click on “Replace card” below, and you’re done!

Once completed, the funds from the old card will be automatically transferred to the new one. Please note: replacing your card does not cancel automatic payments linked to the previous card. If you wish to permanently delete your card, please contact us through the in-app chat.
