How can I top up my PaySika account by bank transfer ?

Hello dear PaySiker,
You want to top up your PaySika account and you have no agent in your mobile money account. But you've got the money in a bank?

Don't worry, we've added a new feature that lets you top up by bank transfer.
Just go to the home page.

Click on the "Make a deposit" button.

Step 1: click on the "Bank" icon instead of "Orange Money".
Step 2: in the banks page, select a bank.
Step 3: choose "Transfer" and follow the procedure indicated in the application.

Here's how to do it:

Go to the bank's platform.

Using the information provided in the PaySika application, make your transfer to the PaySika account.

When the transfer has been made, you need to contact support via the app's chat and provide them with proof (image of receipt) that you have indeed made a processing.

Your request will be recorded and your account will be credited immediately.

If you encounter any difficulties, please contact support via the application chat!

You can now update your application and take full advantage of your XAF PaySika bank card to manage your transactions.
