CARD BLOCKED, CARD DELETED BY PAYSIKA: WE TELL YOU EVERYTHING!

Dear PaySika virtual Visa card users, welcome to this article! Your card is blocked or deleted but you don't know exactly what these terms mean. Would you like to understand when a card can be blocked or deleted by PaySika? You've come to the right place! Stay until the end to find out everything.

What is a blocked card at PaySika?

With us, a card is said to be blocked when it has made two (2) failed payment attempts. In other words, you tried to make a payment on a platform, but it ended in failure due to insufficient funds in your card. You tried a second time to make the same payment, this time your card was blocked because you have a total of two (2) failed payments for insufficient balance.

It should be noted here that every time you have a failed payment, our partners charge us for it. It is in order to limit this situation that we have set up this system. In fact, we always send you an email to let you know that you have a failed payment, and that your card may be blocked in the event of a second failed payment.

What is a deleted card?

On the other hand,** a card is said to be cancelled** at PaySika when it has a total of 6 failed payments due to insufficient balance. At this level, it is important to note that once your card is deleted, you can no longer recover it. You will just have to create a second card for the sum of 1800 FCFA representing the costs of creating the second card.

How can they be avoided?

To prevent your card from being blocked or deleted, you have three options:

- Top up your card sufficiently before making any payment:

Before you want to make a payment, you should always make sure that your card has sufficient funds for the transaction. In fact, we have set up a payment simulator within the application that allows you to know the exact cost of a transaction in real time. You can use it to prevent your card from being blocked.

- Removing your card information from sites:
It should be noted here that some sites very often make automatic payments without you being informed. This situation can lead to the blocking of your card if it is not well funded. In order to overcome this, we advise you to delete your card on sites that make automatic payments.

- Delete your card:

If you no longer use your card, it is advisable to simply delete it by yourself to avoid all this.

With these tips, blocked or deleted cards will no longer be part of your daily life. Because you now have all the cards in hand to take advantage of our services without constraints.
