Why is my PaySika visa bank card blocked?

Hello dear user! Your XAF card has been blocked following a number of rejected payments for insufficient balance. This means that you can no longer use your card to make online purchases.

The reason for this block is that you have two failed payments due to insufficient balance on your XAF card.

We are obliged to block it because PaySika has to pay a fee to VISA for each refused payment, which results in a financial loss for our service.

HOW DO I REACTIVATE IT ?

In case of two failed transaction attempts due to insufficient balance on the card, 500 FCFA will be debited to unblock the card.

Once the FCFA 500 has been debited, the card will be automatically reactivated for future transactions, provided the balance is sufficient.

Once your card has been reactivated, you can top it up free of charge. This will ensure that you have a sufficient balance to make future online payments with complete peace of mind.

We understand that this can be an uncomfortable situation, but the security of your funds and your account is our top priority.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Our team is here to help you at any time.
