How to add or change a deposit number on PaySika?

As a PaySika user, you may sometimes need to add or change the additional number used to top up your account, especially if your main number is experiencing issues.

Here is a simple guide to help you complete this process quickly.

Case 1 — Adding a number for the first time


In addition to the phone number linked to your PaySika account, you can add an extra number for deposits.

To add a new number:

  1. From the app home screen, tap PaySika Deposit
  2. Then select Mobile Money
  3. You will see a page where you can choose or add a number
  4. Tap Add a number
  5. Enter the number you want to register, then confirm
  6. A verification code will be sent via SMS to the added number
  7. Enter the received code and confirm

✅ Done! You now have two numbers available to top up your PaySika account.


Case 2 — You already added a second number

If you have already added an additional number, it is not possible to add a third one.

However, you can replace the second number directly from the application.

Step 1 — Remove the old number

  1. From the home screen, tap Deposit money
  2. Select the operator corresponding to the number you want to remove
  3. Tap the icon located to the right of the selected number
  4. Tap Delete number
  5. Confirm the deletion

Step 2 — Add the new number

  1. Return to the same interface
  2. Tap Add a number
  3. Enter the new number and confirm
  4. A verification code will be sent via SMS to this number
  5. Enter the received code and confirm


✅The new number has now been added to your account.
