How can I deposit money into my PaySika Account ?

Depositing funds into your account is the first step to take as a PaySika user to perform transactions. Whether via Mobile Money or bank transfer, the process is simple. Follow the steps below to get started.

Method 1: Via Mobile Money

With a Mobile Money account, topping up is easy.

Step 1: On the homepage, click "PaySika Deposit".
Step 2: Select "Mobile Money".
Step 3: Choose or add the phone number linked to the Mobile Money account from which the funds will be deducted.

Step 4: Enter the deposit amount and click "Next".

Step 5: After entering the amount, click "Confirm".

A pop-up will appear on your screen prompting you to enter your secret PIN to validate the transaction.

• If the pop-up does not appear:
  
• • For MTN users: Dial ***126# (if your PaySika app is on the same phone).

• For Orange users: Dial #150#.

Once completed, your funds will be available for fast and secure transactions! 🎉

Method 2: Via Cash Bank Deposit

Step 1: On the homepage, click "PaySika Deposit" under the "Home" tab, then select "Bank" instead of "Mobile Money".
Step 2: A new page will display a list of partner banks. Select your preferred bank.
Step 3: Enter the transaction amount, click "Next", and follow the instructions in the app.

Method 3: Via Bank Transfer

Step 1: On the homepage, click "PaySika Deposit", then select "Bank" and "Transfer".
Step 2: A new page will prompt you to "Add a New Bank Account" if you haven’t linked one yet.
