Because of this, malicious individuals sometimes try to find ways to impersonate you for harmful purposes.

To avoid them, we want to remind you that PaySika or any of its team members will NEVER contact you (via WhatsApp, phone, etc.) to ask for your personal information (password, PIN code, etc.).

If you are contacted pretending to be PaySika and asking for any of your private data, know that it is a hacking attempt on your account, nothing more!

To stay safe, we primarily communicate with our users via the app chat.

If you have any concerns or doubts, feel free to write to us directly via the chat in your PaySika app. Through this channel, you are guaranteed to be in touch with a PaySika agent and/or receive a response to your concern.
