How to change your PIN code?

Wondering what to do if you forget your PIN or want to change it? Don't worry! We've got you covered, and it's super easy!

Whenever you log out of the app or leave it, you'll be asked to enter your PIN to keep your account secure.

If you've forgotten your PIN, simply follow these steps:

1. Click on “Forgot PIN?” at the bottom of the screen.

2. You'll receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS on the phone number linked to your PaySika account. Enter the OTP and confirm.

1. Create a new PIN, then confirm it. That's it! You'll be able to access your app again.
