How to change your PIN code?
You're wondering what to do if you've forgotten or want to change your PIN code.
Don't worry, we've got you covered and it's so easy!
To change your PIN code, you have two possibilities:
possibility 1 : Just after you log in
When you are loggedout or go out of the application, for better security you are asked a PIN code.
If you have forgotten your PIN code or you simply want to change it, you just have to :
Click on " i forgot my PIN code " at the bottom of the page. A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the reset of your PIN code.
PaySika will automatically disconnect you for a better security. You will just have to
Log in again and generate a new PIN code.
Possibility 2: in your account settings
In your account settings, the security block you will see explicitly Change PIN , you will be asked for your PIN CODE, then enter the old PIN code,
and give the new one and validate as shown in the following pictures:
