How many phone numbers are required when recharging your PaySika account?

Have you often faced difficulties recharging your PaySika account due to the inability to add a recharge number? What should you do in such a case? Let’s start by understanding what causes this problem before guiding you to its resolution.

Why can't I add a recharge number?



The PaySika system is designed to allow the addition of a maximum of two phone numbers for recharges. If you have already added the two authorized numbers, it becomes impossible to add another one without the intervention of our customer service.

What should I do when I can't add a recharge number?



No worries! Simply contact our customer service via the in-app chat or by private message on social media. Our team will assist you in resolving this issue.

You will then have two options:

Delete the already registered numbers.
Choose from the previously used recharge numbers the one you want to remove.


Customer service will delete the chosen number from our database, and that’s it! You will then be able to add the new number of your choice without any problem.
