How to add or change a deposit number on PaySika?
As a PaySika user, you may sometimes need to add or change the additional number used to top up your account, especially if your main number is experiencing issues.
Here is a simple guide to help you complete this process quickly.
Case 1 — Adding a number for the first time
In addition to the phone number linked to your PaySika account, you can add an extra number for deposits.
To add a new number:
- From the app home screen, tap PaySika Deposit
- Then select Mobile Money
- You will see a page where you can choose or add a number
- Tap Add a number
- Enter the number you want to register, then confirm
- A verification code will be sent via SMS to the added number
- Enter the received code and confirm
✅ Done! You now have two numbers available to top up your PaySika account.
Case 2 — You already added a second number
If you have already added an additional number, it is not possible to add a third one.
However, you can replace the second number directly from the application.
Step 1 — Remove the old number
- From the home screen, tap Deposit money
- Select the operator corresponding to the number you want to remove
- Tap the ⋯ icon located to the right of the selected number
- Tap Delete number
- Confirm the deletion
Step 2 — Add the new number
- Return to the same interface
- Tap Add a number
- Enter the new number and confirm
- A verification code will be sent via SMS to this number
- Enter the received code and confirm
✅The new number has now been added to your account.
