As a PaySika user, you might sometimes need to add or update the extra phone number used to top up your PaySika account. If you're having trouble doing so, here’s a simple guide to help you solve the issue quickly—via customer support if needed.

CASE I: Adding your number for the first time

Besides the phone number linked to your PaySika account, you can add a secondary number to recharge your account.
To do this:

Go to the Home page of the app

Tap on “PaySika Deposit”

Select “Mobile Money”

You'll see a screen where you can choose or add a number

Tap “Add a number”, enter the new number, and confirm

You now have two numbers to recharge your account!

CASE II: You already added a second number


If you’ve already added an extra number, PaySika doesn’t allow adding a third one.
However, you can replace the existing one by contacting customer support via the in-app chat:

Open the PaySika app

Tap the chat icon

Start a conversation with a support agent

Once support removes your previous number (usually within minutes), go back to the add number screen, tap “Add a number”, enter the new one, and you’re done!
