How can I top up my PaySika account by bank deposit ?
Hello dear PaySika,
You want to top up your PaySika account and you have no agent in your mobile money account. But you have the money in cash and you don't want to deal with the hassle of paying the fees imposed by mobile money?
Don't worry, we've added a new feature that lets you top up by bank deposit.
Just go to the home page.
On the home page, you need to click on the "Make a deposit" button
Step 1: click on the "Bank" icon instead of "Orange Money".
Step 2: From the banks page, select a bank.
Step 3: choose "Cash deposit" and follow the procedure indicated in the application.
This is the procedure:
Go to an approved bank branch.
With the information provided in the PaySika application, make your deposit into the PaySika account.
Then, contact the support via the chat of the application and provide the proof (image of the receipt) that you actually made a treatment.
Your request will be recorded and your account will be credited immediately.
If you have any problems, contact support via the chat application!
You can now update your application and take full advantage of your XAF PaySika bank card to manage your transactions.
