How can I make a deposit into my PaySika account by bank deposit?

**Hello Dear PaySika Users! **Want to make a bank deposit into your PaySika account but unsure about the process? This guide is for you! Follow the steps below to complete your deposit seamlessly.

Step 1: Visit an Authorized Bank Branch

Go to a partner bank branch.
Request and fill out a deposit slip with your details.

Step 2: Enter Deposit Details in the PaySika App

Open the PaySika app and navigate to:

Step 1: Click "PaySika Deposit" → "Bank" → "Cash Bank Deposit".

Step 2: Select the bank name where you’re depositing cash from the list.

Step 3: Enter the deposit amount and click "Validate".

You’ll see the required banking details to complete your deposit:

Reference
Account Number
Bank Name
Account Name
Full IBAN
BIC/SWIFT

After filling out the bank slip, click "I’ve Made the Transfer".

Step 3: Provide Proof of Deposit

Step 4: Upload or take a photo of your transaction receipt.

A pop-up will confirm the receipt upload.
Step 5: On the next page, confirm the deposit amount you entered earlier.

Processing Time

Your deposit will be processed, and we’ll notify you once confirmed. The process takes up to 24 hours.
