Why should debit cards valid for more than 3 years be withdrawn?

As such, we would like to inform you that, upon recommendation from the central bank through our partner bank, we will be deactivating cards with a validity period of more than one year. They will automatically be replaced with a new virtual card valid for one year, in accordance with the new applicable standards.
PaySika virtual cards will now have a validity period of one year to meet industry standards.
Enter your new card information on all platforms where your old card was registered (subscriptions, online services, etc.).
Ensure you update this information as soon as you receive your new card to avoid any inconvenience, such as service interruptions or failed payments.
Your new card will be automatically generated and available in your PaySika account in the coming days. You will receive a notification once it is ready to use. Once the old card is deactivated, a new card will be generated.
Rest assured, your money is safe.
PS: You can continue using your card that is over three years old without any issues until it is deactivated.
