Where can I find my old PaySika account balance?

If you’re a long-time user, following the update to version v3.1.3(630) of the app, you might be wondering where your old PaySika account balance has gone. Don’t worry—your funds are still there! You just need to follow these simple steps to recover them 😊:

1 – Log in to the app and click on “Withdraw the old account balance here”

Once you’re logged into the app, on the home screen, click on “Withdraw the old account balance here.” That’s where your previous account balance is stored. Once you do this, the old balance will be transferred directly to your current Card/PaySika balance.

Good to know: You must have a PaySika virtual bank card for the operation to succeed. If you already have one but it is blocked, you will still not be able to complete the process. In that case, you’ll need to unblock it first.
