WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I ENCOUNTER BUGS IN THE PAYSIKA APP?

It can sometimes happen that when using the application, it does not open, or you have been able to open it but you have difficulty with certain features. That is to say, it can happen that a button does not work, a page remains frozen or that the camera during the verification disturbs.
This can prevent you from continuing to use your app normally. We know this can be embarrassing. Faced with this, do not be afraid. We have a few tricks that can help you get around this:

Close the app completely and then open it again.

The first thing you should do when you encounter bugs is to close your app and open it again. This will reset the process and allow the application to start again on a healthy basis.

Clear the cache

Applications use temporary memory (cache) to store frequently used data. If this cache becomes corrupted or full, errors may appear. In this case, it is recommended to clear the cache to fix these errors. We tell you how to clear cache here:

Update the app

Very often, it can happen that these bugs occur when your application is not up to date. In this case, a simple solution is available to you: update the application. To do this, simply go to the Google Play Store or App Store and click on "update".

Uninstall the app and reinstall the app

Warning: All data saved in this app will be deleted.

Open the Settings app on your phone.

Tap Apps ->See all apps.

Tap the app.

Tap Uninstall -> OK.

To reinstall it, simply go to the store to reinstall it by clicking on install

Restart the phone

In some cases, it is the phone's system that slows down applications. A device restart can sometimes fix temporary issues. So it is advisable to turn off the phone and turn it back on

- On most phones, press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds or until the phone restarts.

- You may need to press Restart Restart.

Check your internet connection

Some bugs can be caused by a poor network connection.

If after following all these instructions the problem still persists, well you can contact customer service for further information. You can do this either via the chat of the app or via our social networks by giving the following information

The name of the app

The type of hardware used and the operating system (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S4 tablet on Android OR Iphone 5 iOS, etc.)

A precise description of the problem encountered (e.g. the application refuses to download, the X content does not unlock after my purchase, etc.)

Screenshots or videos if possible
