Types of restrictions on a PaySika account

For exceeding the recharge limit without a valid reason, suspicion of fraud, using the card in an unauthorized area, etc., your PaySika account may be restricted or worse, your card may be deleted. Pay attention to each case listed below, and do not hesitate to contact our support if needed.

"MOMO_DEPOSIT": When you exceed the deposit limit.

"P2P_TRANSFER": When your account is not yet "verified," there is a transaction limit that should not be exceeded. Ideally, to avoid any inconvenience, make sure your PaySika account is "Verified."

"MOMO_WITHDRAWAL": In this case, there are suspicions of financial fraud on the cardholder. To counter the threat, the account will be restricted, and the "Withdrawal" service will be non-operational for a while. If you do not recognize any of these actions, simply send PaySika support proof that all your transactions are legal and justified.

Case of USD Bank Cards

"USD_CARD_CREATE": If you reach the limit of USD cards allowed per week, month, or year, your account risks being restricted.

"USD_CARD_INFOS": Avoid making transactions while your PaySika account is still under audit. If you violate this rule, your account will be restricted, and you will no longer have access to your USD card information.

"USD_CARD_DELETE": PaySika also has a limit on allowed restrictions. If you exceed this, your USD card will be deleted.

"USD_CARD_DEPOSIT": This restriction occurs in cases of double receipt of funds. If we observe this, we will be forced to restrict your account and temporarily suspend the "Deposit" service on your USD card to limit the damage.

"USD_CARD_WITHDRAWAL": If the problem of double receipt of funds persists after a transaction, you will no longer be able to withdraw funds from your USD card until further notice.

Case of XAF Bank Cards

"XAF_CARD_CREATE": If you reach the limit of XAF cards allowed per week, month, or year, your account risks being restricted.

"XAF_CARD_INFOS": Avoid making transactions while your PaySika account is still under audit. If you violate this rule, your account will be restricted, and you will no longer have access to your XAF card information.

"XAF_CARD_DELETE": If you delete and recreate cards frequently after a certain number of transactions within a relatively short period, our partner might stop this process for security reasons and initiate the restriction of your account.

"XAF_CARD_DEPOSIT": If you try to deposit funds into your XAF card while your account is under audit, your account will be restricted, and the "Deposit" service will temporarily be unavailable.

"XAF_CARD_WITHDRAWAL": If you try to deposit funds into your XAF card while your account is under audit, your account will be restricted, and the "Withdrawal" service will temporarily be unavailable.

"LOGIN": After an audit, it may turn out that you are not authorized to use the app due to applicable rules. For more details about these rules, contact us via our social media.
