INTERNSHIP OFFER – Growth & Community Ops

PaySika is hiring a Growth & Community Ops Intern to contribute to the development and engagement of its community, both online and on the ground.
Contribute to structuring and animating the PaySika community in order to strengthen user engagement and support growth.
What you will do (overall scope)
- Animate the community (WhatsApp, social media, on-the-ground meetups)
- Contribute to the implementation of activations: content, challenges, mini-events
- Respond to, guide, and escalate community feedback (insights, pain points, needs)
- Help track engagement indicators and prepare regular reports
- Support the team in organizing community-related actions and initiatives
- Student (Bachelor’s level +2 to +5) in Marketing / Communication / Business / Management / Entrepreneurship / Event Management, with a strong interest in community building and field activities
- Comfortable with communication (written and verbal), with strong interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Comfortable using WhatsApp / Instagram / Facebook / LinkedIn, as well as simple reporting tools (Excel)
- Autonomous, curious, and able to execute quickly and effectively
- Stipend: 50,000 FCFA per month
- Performance bonuses based on results and achievement of objectives
- Initial training on PaySika products, communication standards, and working methods
