How to view your PaySika card informations?

Have you updated your application and would like to view your PaySika VISA card details?

It’s very easy! Just follow the steps below:

The first step is to tap on the “Card(s)” tab once you are in the app.
Then select “View card details.”

Please note that you must have at least 1,000 FCFA available on your card to access its information.

This measure helps prevent payment failures during online transactions and reduces the risk of your card being blocked or deleted after multiple failed attempts due to insufficient balance.

If your card does not have this amount, simply tap on “Deposit” located below your card and top it up instantly.

Once this is done, enter your PIN or use your fingerprint, and your card information will appear immediately!

Keep in mind that these details are strictly confidential—avoid sharing them with anyone.

For added security, the system has disabled screenshots when viewing card information.
