How to Resolve Issues Opening the PaySika App
Are you having trouble opening your PaySika app? Don’t worry, it might just be a minor bug. Follow our simple instructions to fix this issue quickly. We are here to assist you every step of the way.

I- For Android Users (PlayStore)

If you are using an Android device, follow these steps:

1- Access your phone settings:

*Open your phone's "Settings".

2- Find the PaySika app:

Scroll down and look for PaySika in the list of installed apps.

3- Access the app information:

Tap on Information to open the app details.

4- Clear data and cache:

Select Storage.
Tap Clear Data and then Clear Cache.
This should resolve the issue. Try opening the app again.

II- For iPhone Users (App Store)

If you are using an iPhone, follow these steps:

1- Access your phone settings:

Open your iPhone's Settings.

2- Access iPhone storage:

Select General.

Go to iPhone Storage.

3- Find the PaySika app:

Locate PaySika in the list of apps.

4- Delete the app:

Tap Delete App. This will uninstall the app from your phone.

5- Reinstall the app:

Open the App Store.
Download the PaySika app again.
Enter your login details to access your account.
