# INTERNSHIP OFFER – Growth & Community Ops

**PaySika is hiring a Growth & Community Ops Intern** to contribute to the development and engagement of its community, both online and on the ground.

| 1- Mission

Contribute to structuring and animating the PaySika community in order to strengthen user engagement and support growth.
### What you will do (overall scope)
* Animate the community (WhatsApp, social media, on-the-ground meetups)
* Contribute to the implementation of activations: content, challenges, mini-events
* Respond to, guide, and escalate community feedback (insights, pain points, needs)
* Help track engagement indicators and prepare regular reports
* Support the team in organizing community-related actions and initiatives

|| 2- Profile
* Student (Bachelor’s level +2 to +5) in Marketing / Communication / Business / Management / Entrepreneurship / Event Management, with a strong interest in community building and field activities
* Comfortable with communication (written and verbal), with strong interpersonal skills
* Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
* Comfortable using WhatsApp / Instagram / Facebook / LinkedIn, as well as simple reporting tools (Excel)
* Autonomous, curious, and able to execute quickly and effectively
