# Banking App Tip – How to Fix Issues Opening the PaySika App ?

| I- For Android Users (Play Store)

|| 1- Go to your phone's settings.

    
2. **Find and select the PaySika app in your list of installed apps.**
    
3. **Tap on 'Storage'.**
    
4. **Click on 'Clear Data' and then 'Clear Cache'.**
    
5. **Try opening the app again.**
